Located in Sault Ste. Marie, in Northern Ontario I am a lover of nature and the outdoors. As a child, I was intuitive and felt connected to others deeply as an empath. My journey to become a Healing Arts Practitioner & a Yoga Instructor was full of meaning and purpose to help others on their life path. And now my goal is to share the healing arts and Yoga with others. Through my practice, I strive to align patients and promote well-being to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.
